Learning Lifelong Music Skills in Creative Ways! Certificate of Merit Music Theory Review Workshops. These four 90-minute, once-a-month workshops will help boost your child’s theory understanding and skills. Students are divided into groups based on their Certificate of Merit piano level. In the workshops, students prep for their theory, ear training, and sight-reading. This workshop assures success for your child when taking the Certificate of Merit test. Workshops begin in October and go on until mid-January.

Melodies in the Making Songwriting Camp

This is a week-long camp where children ages 6–9 will dive into the magical world of music creation, where every child becomes a songwriter! Kids will engage in creative play and guided instruction that focuses on them exploring rhythms, melodies, and storytelling lyrics, all with the help of our experienced, award-winning teachers. Each child will discover their own musical voice, and no previous music experience is required!

Over the course of one exciting, music-filled week, campers will:

Compose an original song.

Design a custom CD cover to reflect the music’s theme.

Record their finished masterpiece.

The week wraps up with a celebratory listening party, where students share their songs with their fellow campers and invited guests!

The workshops will boost your child’s music skills, help them learn new ones, and allow them to discover how much fun making music can be! There are workshops for both experienced players and non-experienced players. No classes during the Thanksgiving Holidays and Winter Break.
